Hello Everyone,
These are softwares which I have collected, joined together, and scanned myself to make sure they are safe and virus free. You will also find some freewares among this list of applications which are unique and/or rare to find. I personally find these to be very useful and they do a great job at what they were intended for. I have rated these files with a 5 star rating system; 5 stars being 100% virus free and 1 star being 90% virus free so 5% could mean the file is infected. Have a look at my legend below to see how I have decided the cleanliness of these files.

1c. software registration through valid serial number

2c. software registration through third party patch/crack
2d. patch scanned by 20+ antivirus software with no alert

++ 3a. possibility of file being infected by virus: 95% non-virus infected software due to the following reasons;
3b. executable was downloaded directly from third party
3c. software registration through third party patch/crack
3d. software and patch scanned by 20+ antivirus software with no alert

+ 4a. possibility of file being infected by virus: 90% non-virus infected software due to the following reasons;
4b. executable was downloaded directly from third party
4c. software registration through third party patch/crack
4d. software and patch scanned by 20+ antivirus software with 1 to 3 alerts only, but no more than 3 alerts.
Softwares with a single "star rating" had either 1 to 3 virus alerts which i personally deem as possible "false positives"... with that said, you may either agree with my judgment, or you can rescan and/or decide to use it base on your own personal judgement.
Anyway, I hope you will enjoy what I have uploaded for you. All I ask in return is:
1. If you know a better software than what I had listed, make a post and share it.
2. If you are 100% sure that a file I have posted is INFECTED or if I had mistakenly claimed it to be infected, please let me know.
