This is the default style no having to do any conversion or password login as it has no login password, logins just like Vista
only is way better, faste and more stable than Vista, my best build to date you will see.
It also sees 8 gigs of ram if you add this command to command prompt:

I changed the Server 2008 Welcome screen to this one:
Setup starts with 10 second Splash screen By Reaper
then:
Then I have it so you can pick Keyboard layout you want
Autorun Splash By Reaper
On Autorun you can click to add show thumbnails just click performance then click best appearance and hit apply to enable full aero effects
