first setup the Riddick.Patch.1.01
now copy to the installation folder
{C:\Program Files\Atari\The Chronicles of Riddick - Assault on Dark Athena\System\Win32_x86}
all these files that you extracted and then run then patch.
copy them again to C:\ProgramData\Tages\100663362
start the game and enjoy!
